I am hoping this year to go to a few VDub shows with Winston, I don't think I will be entering him in the show and shine competition unless the competition is looking rather weak. I have recently joined the Leeds Vw Collective and been to a meet before Christmas at the Fox and Grapes. They seem like a club that likes to get out and about, which means I might not be going it alone. Here is the site I have been getting my dates from, www.vwshows.com. I'm hoping to hit up Ultimate Dubs in March, I think I should have touched up the paint work by then and fitted some coilovers. We shall see if this goes to plan or if I get a more pressing offer.
